Emily and Justin had the prettiest spring wedding at Cain Manor in Hampshire. It was one of those changeable days weather wise that we are very used to in April but we managed to dodge the showers and go outside for a few drinks and photos every now and then. I’ve photographed a few weddings at Cain Manor and it’s a lovely venue that allows couples to create a wedding that fits in with how they’d like their day to be. Emily and Justin are the loveliest couple and everything about their day was relaxed, thoughtful and stylish.
The flowers designed by Louise Avery Flowers were absolutely stunning and I did gasp with delight when I saw how she had incorporated swathes of cherry blossom into the floral displays – the timing was perfect. Emily and Justin had laid out (obvious pun hehe) baskets of chocolate eggs for the guests and wedding photographers to help themselves 🙂 How cute are the wedding favours! Little glass jars filled with mini eggs – perfect for an Easter wedding.
The speeches were hilarious and, as you’ll see from Justin’s expressions, a little embarrassing in parts especially when the childhood toys made an appearance. They also had the very talented Matt Wainwright entertaining the guests with his magic during the reception and drinks – the expressions on the guests faces were just brilliant. As Justin is cricket mad, the guys had arranged to bring a collection of cricket bats as their exit canopy for the good old confetti run.
Congratulations once again Emily and Justin and thank you for having me along to your wonderful Cain Manor wedding day. xxx
